📷 Left was taken 6 weeks Postpartum when I was ready to start working out again.💪🏼 It wasn’t possible for me to get it to the gym having 2 older kids + a newborn. 👶🏼 I needed something I could do from home and something that didn’t take a lot of time. ⏰ I started a 4 day/week program 20-30 minutes, with a flexible meal plan to use a guide. I never followed it perfectly because I’m a huge #Foodie😍 and don’t like to restrict myself. 🍣🍶🌮🍻🍔🍜🍤🥡🥟🥃🍛🧁🍪🍫
It was hard to be patient, trust me! I had A LOT of baby weight to lose.😳 I just kept going, kept getting back on track whenever I fell off, and never gave up! .
